I have been a resident of Southern Oregon since 1996 after growing up in Colorado. I got my start in mortgage lending in 1980. After 18 years of loaning money to people buying homes, I decided to try my hand at Real Estate sales in 1998 - and have not looked back since! I absolutely LOVE what I do and the people I work with. I now have my own company - Sandra Schell Real Estate. Our Team strongly believes and enforces the highest level of integrity and service to our clients.

I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.
